Added Brand Images, Prompting, Conversation Engineering, and Context Engineering scaffolds, labs, reusable worksheets, source maps, deep-dive architecture, editorial feedback notes, Zero-to-Hero ordering, and learner-facing What Do You Need sections.

Summary

Added rough v0 source scaffolds for Brand Images in the Age of Generative Editing, Prompting Is the Door, Not the Destination, Conversation Engineering, and Context Engineering. Also tightened the Zero-to-Hero AI Literacy track order and added learner-facing What Do You Need notes for the track and its existing beginner modules.

What Changed

  • Created a structured module folder with module.md, module guide, facilitator notes, learner notes, section notes, activities, assessments, indexes, publishable-artifact placeholders, and generation notes.
  • Added the Generative Image Modification Lab as a paper-prototype activity using fictional source material.
  • Added reusable brand-image worksheets and prompts under learning-library/cheatsheets/brand-images.
  • Added a dated review note with feedback and pushback under Feedback/brand-images-in-the-age-of-generative-editing/.
  • Added the Prompting Is the Door, Not the Destination v0 packet under its own slug so it sits before Conversation Engineering.
  • Added the One Task, Three Conversations lab package.
  • Added reusable prompting handouts and worksheets under learning-library/cheatsheets/prompting.
  • Added a dated prompt-module review note under Feedback/prompting-is-the-door-not-the-destination/.
  • Added Conversation Engineering as a distinct new module after Prompting and before Context Engineering.
  • Added the Forty-Five Seconds to Make It Clear primary lab and Stay, Steer, or Start Over optional lab.
  • Added reusable conversation-cycle, thread-check, constructive-friction, comparison, checkpoint, decision-model, and lab materials under learning-library/cheatsheets/conversation-engineering.
  • Added a dated full-review note with feedback and pushback under Feedback/conversation-engineering/.
  • Replaced the remaining planned-Conversation placeholders in Prompting and the beginner track with links to the new module. Context Engineering remains planned rather than receiving premature source files.
  • Recorded the outline-stage decision to capture useful content generously, defer pruning until before instructional buildout, and mark likely advanced or tool-specific material as Successor Module Candidate.
  • Added Context Engineering as the third distinct module in the Prompting -> Conversation -> Context sequence.
  • Added the Build the Brief Before the Work primary lab and Context Cleanup optional lab.
  • Added reusable context questions, sources, failure modes, hierarchy, maintenance, source-of-truth, checkpoint, and brief materials under learning-library/cheatsheets/context-engineering.
  • Added a deep-dive index and reusable context deep-dive template for dated product-specific successor resources.
  • Added a dated full-review note with feedback and pushback under Feedback/context-engineering/.
  • Replaced planned-Context placeholders in Prompting, Conversation, and the track maps with links to the new module.
  • Updated module, track, overview, dependency, and cheatsheet indexes so the new material is discoverable.
  • Reordered the Zero-to-Hero AI Literacy likely modules so the opening sequence now runs Welcome -> What AI Is and Is Not -> Prompting -> Conversation -> Context -> Chatbot Modes.
  • Linked existing module folders from the Zero-to-Hero track, while leaving Chatbot Modes unlinked until a module folder exists.
  • Added learner-facing What Do You Need sections to the Zero-to-Hero track, the module template, and existing beginner modules referenced by the track.

Notes

All four modules remain rough v0 drafts. Brand Images still needs a fictional lab image set before pilot. Prompting, Conversation, and Context now form a linked introductory sequence; each still needs learning-design review and beginner testing before instructional buildout.

The What Do You Need sections are intentionally learner-facing readiness notes, not facilitator build checklists. They should support future website cards, participant previews, and later pruning without forcing the website UI decision yet.
