In plain language
A low-risk task gives you room to experiment because a mistake would have limited consequences, would be easy to notice and fix, and would not expose sensitive information.
Why it matters
Low-risk tasks give learners room to experiment and notice how a tool behaves without attaching the first lesson to urgent or consequential decisions.
Example
Turning a fictional announcement into a draft checklist is lower risk than asking a chatbot to make a medical, legal, employment, financial, or safety decision.
