Clarified internal-release boundaries, made lifecycle status more honest, prepared the first Draft labs, and added virtual-museum and safe-text-to-speech pilots.
What Changed
- Clarified the internal-release boundary: GitHub Pages is the team’s intranet communication channel, not a public launch.
- Established the working package states of Seed, Sketch, Draft, Pilot, Revised, and Ready, and moved packages that were not yet reviewable back to an honest idea-stage status.
- Brought the first practical set of labs toward Draft review, including One Task, Three Conversations, Context Cleanup, Build the Brief Before the Work, Reduce the Precision, The Restaurant, and The Disclosure Ladder.
- Added Build a Tiny Virtual Museum, using a small Blender museum as a practical creative-AI activity with public-domain and personal-image boundaries.
- Added the initial Build a Safe Text-to-Speech Skill package so narrated companion material can be produced with visible safety, voice, and review boundaries.
- Updated the Lab Library catalog to group activities by lifecycle status, helping the team distinguish ready-to-review Drafts from ideas and placeholders.
Reviewer Starting Points
Next
- Finish companion artifacts for the selected pilot labs and collect team review.
- Continue using lifecycle status to make the review queue honest and easy to scan.
