Lab Facilitator Notes

Labs reference: Lab Facilitator Notes.

Status: Rough v0.

Setup

Use fictional source material. Avoid real client, staff, customer, student, patient, donor, or family images unless a future version has explicit consent and a clear reason.

Safety Boundary

The brand-risk exercise should be controlled and fictional. The point is to understand the operational pattern, not to train people to target a real organization.

Watch For

  • Learners treating helpful edits as automatically publishable.
  • Learners assuming visible quality proves authenticity.
  • Learners assuming an altered image can always be reversed.
  • Learners forgetting to compare the edited image against brand boundaries.

Debrief

End by asking:

  • What did the tool do well?
  • What did it change without asking?
  • Which changes affected meaning?
  • Which images need extra review before publication?
  • What official channel would customers use to verify the truth?
