Facilitator Discussion Guide

Labs reference: Facilitator Discussion Guide.

Before Groups Start

Remind learners that the product cards are fictional. The goal is not to identify the “right” product. The goal is to make the commitment match the evidence.

Discussion Moves

  • When a group focuses on features, ask what outcome the buyer wants.
  • When a group gets excited about future capability, ask what works today.
  • When a group says a product is “worth it,” ask what commitment they would make first.
  • When a group rejects a product, ask whether it might still be useful as an experiment.
  • When a group chooses renewal, ask what has changed since the last decision.
  • When a group chooses a business tool, ask who owns the account and what happens if that person leaves.

Close

Ask each learner to pick one real technology commitment they should review in the next 30 days.
