Cut the 165-record glossary over to a unified v2 review contract, preserved valid approvals, reopened stale evidence, and ingested the completed checkpoint.

What changed

  • Assembled the unified glossary Review Desk v2 around 165 records with 12 ordered review items per record: nine wording fields plus visual, alt text, and narration.
  • Migrated 1,788 exact existing approvals and deliberately reopened 192 stale bindings whose source no longer matched. The migration reported no ambiguous, unmapped, or conflicting records.
  • Added deterministic owner plans so accepted wording and media decisions can be applied to their proper canonical repositories without making the website the source of truth.
  • Cut the generated packet over to the v2 contract and ingested the first completed v2 checkpoint, bringing the active ledger to all 1,980 current approvals.
  • Documented the new generated-data contract in the glossary build notes.

Why it matters

The team can review wording and media in one ordered interface while the system still routes each accepted decision back to its real owner and rejects stale evidence.

Evidence boundary

The counts describe validated review records and approvals, not learning effectiveness, rights clearance, or production readiness. Generated JSON remains an interface, not a competing canonical source.
