Ingested a completed 16-term catalog review with durable evidence and published a cache-safe glossary Review Desk refresh.

What changed

  • Ingested the completed catalog review for 16 glossary terms, including Algorithmic Accountability, Digital Twin, Due Diligence, Embedding, Guardrails, Hallucination, Interpretability / Explainability, Model Drift, and Robustness.
  • Preserved the submitted decisions, before-state copies, receipts, and resulting term events in a named checkpoint.
  • Published a cache-safe glossary Review Desk refresh so the embedded interface loads a matching packet, script, and stylesheet after deployment instead of mixing old and new review assets.

Why it matters

The canonical glossary reflects the decisions the reviewer actually submitted, and the team website is less likely to display a stale review state after a new release.

Status boundary

The checkpoint records editorial decisions. Derivative visuals, narration, and learner-site release still require their own evidence and approval.
