Added the AI Without the Hype vertical slice, refined the Forty-Five Seconds pilot and review surfaces, recorded the package-architecture checkpoint, and introduced the Idea Gallery.
What Changed
- Rebuilt AI Without the Hype as a concise module hub with a self-guided learner path. The sequence hands practical work to A Safe First Try rather than duplicating the lab.
- Added the fictional Maple Park Ground Rules model, a revised learner-owned reflection worksheet, facilitator-safe example guidance, and an internal asset map for the first module package.
- Continued the Forty-Five Seconds pilot: clarified its internal resource hub, learner map, learner/facilitator materials, interactive notebook, and video-walkthrough production page. The related review forms now identify the appropriate content areas and use consistent navigation and icon language.
- Added breadcrumbs to rendered lab and video-package pages, keeping backoffice and review assets easier to locate without turning them into learner-facing promises.
- Added Learning Package Architecture Review, a checkpoint describing the current track/module/lab model, what is canonical today, and the questions still to be resolved before broader deterministic site generation.
- Added the Idea Gallery for substantial contributions that are not yet learner-ready labs. Its first entry credits Tim’s short-form-video workflow, documents what he supplied, and exposes proposed answers as open discussion rather than silently treating them as decisions.
Review First
- AI Without the Hype learner path and A Safe First Try — the first module-to-lab vertical slice.
- Forty-Five Seconds to Make It Clear — the resource-hub and Lab Notebook pattern being reviewed before wider reuse.
- Learning Package Architecture Review — the current-state checkpoint before changing core relationships or templates.
- Making Short Clips from Long Footage — Tim’s idea page and its local-only team review/export surface.
Next
- Use the architecture checkpoint to agree on the canonical learner-facing shape of tracks, modules, labs, notebooks, learner feedback, and team review before changing broad templates.
- Gather team feedback on the internal-first short-form-media direction and decide the eventual module name, scope, and independently useful lab sequence.
- Continue promoting only reviewed packages; an Idea entry is a credited discussion surface, not a status promotion.
