Rebaselined the next two weeks, added deferred trustworthy-conversation and systems-evaluation module packets, linked them into their tracks, and recorded review boundaries.

What Changed

  • Rebaselined the active two-week plan around validation of AI Without the Hype and development of the AI Readiness and Risk Assessment Support Track Guide direction.
  • Preserved Recording Stories and Systems in Motion as later track candidates rather than current sprint commitments.
  • Corrected the AI Without the Hype status-governance evidence to reflect the supporting artifacts that now exist.
  • Named Mike as the current owner across the first module package and active AI Literacy work.
  • Recorded that reviewer recruitment is in progress and independent review is deferred to the week of July 20.
  • Added the first AI literacy vocabulary cluster to the shared glossary.
  • Linked AI Without the Hype and the AI Literacy Track Guide to the reviewed glossary terms.
  • Documented the recurring module vocabulary-pass practice.
  • Added four deferred post-beginner module seeds: When AI Starts Arguing Instead of Thinking, Escaping the Conversation Gravity Well, Separate the Builder from the Reviewer, and Designing Systems That Can Admit They Are Wrong.
  • Linked the conversation and prompting seeds into AI Literacy, the persuasion and systems-correction seeds into AI Readiness, and all four into the module index without presenting them as learner-available.
  • Recorded twelve future glossary candidates for a later vocabulary pass without creating unreviewed canonical definitions.
  • Imported Zai’s When the Average Lies: Simpson’s Paradox in AI Evaluation source packet as a deferred Systems Thinking and AI Engineering module, preserving its synthetic datasets, learner and instructor workbooks, PDFs, and original packet README.
  • Linked the imported evaluation module into its track and the module index, while recording its outstanding statistical-methods, accessibility, learning-design, and pilot review needs.

Next

  • AI Readiness Track Guide charter
  • Reviewer onboarding
  • Cold review and nonauthor facilitator dry run
  • Trust, But Check the Wires governance comparison
  • Independent review of the Simpson’s Paradox source packet before any learner use
