Podcaster / Influencer — Historical Track Audit
Project operations source: Podcaster / Influencer — Historical Track Audit.
This is historical evidence, preserved on 2026-09-09 from source checkpoint 152eb4f. The matching Astro checkpoint is e9acd99. The original outline below preserves planning inputs, not a second curriculum inventory or a commitment to build every idea.
The current Track Guide and shared Track Map carry the composition: public voice and audience trust as the center; Voice and Persona Consistency as the proposed signature; transformation, responsible publishing, and audience/channel choices as developing routes; speaking and technical voiceover as optional depth.
Next Artifact Pass — Evidence and Unresolved Questions
- Voice and Persona Consistency has no module source. Its proposed voice-guide activity needs the module, complete Activity, standalone Notebook, reviewed examples, and facilitator guide. The Notebook must support the whole activity without the module page. No signature title beyond the module name or delivery duration is settled here.
- Combine the historical voice-guide and AI-copy comparison ideas in the intended first practice: define audience, purpose, language examples, and boundaries; inspect an AI-assisted draft; preserve meaning; check claims; decide what to keep, change, or decline. This is a proposed learner path, not a built package.
- Transforming Content, Show Notes and Summaries, Social Post Variations, Publishing Your Work, Getting Attention and Being Noticed, and Google Zero and Changing Discovery have no canonical module sources. Retain them as developing directions; review the scope and name of Google Zero before building dated platform advice.
- The long-idea transformation and publishing/review/attribution Lab ideas have no canonical packages. The transformation route needs a permitted source and meaning-preservation checks; publishing needs reviewed examples of attribution, disclosure choices, approval, and corrections.
- Customer Communication Before AI Drafting exists, although the old outline did not link it. It remains Seed / Planned, Business level, Unassigned, Not reviewed, primary to AI Readiness, with no related Tracks. Its dependency is Decision Ownership Before Delegation. Its only Lab concept inventories customer channels, templates, escalation points, and approval needs; no Lab or Notebook exists. Keep this business-focused candidate optional within the publishing route.
- How Technology Changes the Ecology of Communication remains Sketch / Planned, Beginner, Unassigned, Needs learning design review, primary to AI Literacy and related to AI Readiness, with no dependencies. Its module describes Communication Ecology Map, but no canonical Lab or Notebook exists. The Systems Thinking Track also uses the module as its signature; that composition does not reassign its primary metadata.
- Safety: Share Less, Notice More and Reality Check for AI remain Draft / Drafting, owned by Mike, primary to AI Literacy and related to Curiosity, with no dependencies. Their featured Labs What Else Came Along? and Reality Check for AI: Six Experiments remain Beta, owned by Mike, with standalone Notebooks. They support this Track without becoming new prerequisites or claiming to supply a creator-specific publishing packet.
- Public Speaking remains Draft / Drafting, owned by Mike, primary to Curiosity and related to AI Literacy, with no dependencies. Preserve its module-owned Lab choices, learner-first reflection, and evidence-bounded coaching. Do not invent personality, emotion, accent, or voice-quality judgments from text alone.
- Build a Safe Text-to-Speech Skill remains Draft / Drafting, Builder level, owned by Mike, primary to Agentic Coding, with no related Tracks in module metadata. It depends on Prompting Is the Door, Not the Destination and Context Engineering or equivalent safe-file practice. Its canonical Lab is Alpha, not Beta; it is owned by Mike, primary to that module, and already lists Agentic Coding, Podcaster, and Local Hosting as related Tracks. Its standalone Notebook exists. Preserve credential, budget, dry-run, consent/voice-selection, and human-listening boundaries; cloning remains idea-stage in the module.
- Track selections do not change reciprocal metadata. During the artifact pass, review whether the additional Podcaster support relationships should be recorded in module/Lab metadata. No status, dependency, ownership, or source relationship is rewritten now.
- Welcome both personal and work-related creators without requiring a business, audience, microphone, public post, or growth target. A voice guide can evolve with audience and purpose. Do not reduce voice to a fixed persona or synthetic audio.
- The intended signature needs live use, partner/facilitator use, and a reviewed supplied-AI-draft route, with full text-first participation. The supplied example packet is missing. An access promise in the Track is not evidence the unbuilt package supports it yet.
- Do not treat generated audience reactions as audience research, fluent copy as evidence, or a voice match as factual accuracy. Keep source material, AI contribution, and human revisions distinguishable. Define suitable disclosure examples and pause/review boundaries during learning design rather than pretending a general Track paragraph resolves every publication context.
- First build the signature package, obtain review, and pilot one short draft comparison and human decision. Capture actual setup friction and timing; no learner effectiveness or audience trust outcome has been demonstrated. Facilitator demonstrations remain Coming Soon.
- Preserve Additional Reading, Track Draft / Drafting status, and Unassigned ownership. This pass creates no module, Lab, Notebook, example packet, demonstration, or publishing workflow.
