Responsible sharing check

  • Names, confidential details, and regulated/personal data are removed or approved.
  • Any recordings have consent; audio/video has a transcript or captions.
  • Meaning is explained in text, not only through color or a screenshot.
  • The entry identifies an AI failure, uncertainty, revision, or boundary when it is part of the learning.
  • Tool/date is named when it matters to interpreting the result.
