One Small Idea, Two Versions — Lab history & changelog
Origin story
This Alpha continuation turns a Curiosity question into a small creative choice. It supports Make Something Weird: Creative AI Lab without changing the existing module’s status. Text-first practice keeps the entry small while preserving human intent, judgment, and ownership of the revision.
Change log
2026-09-11
Created the six-step Activity, synchronized Notebook, optional planning card, facilitator guidance, and two constructed creative walkthroughs. Mountain and cooling ideas continue the existing Curiosity opening examples. No media generation, new research, or observed classroom session is claimed. Classroom evidence remains deferred under REN-535.
Reviewer brief
Use the Curiosity reviewer brief for shared delivery and review conventions. This Alpha lab asks whether learners can direct a small AI contribution, make a deliberate revision, and explain their choices without treating polish or public sharing as the goal. Compare the Activity and synchronized Notebook. The written examples are teaching artifacts, not evidence of learner outcomes.
