Fictional rewrite cards: Reduce the Precision

Labs reference: Fictional rewrite cards: Reduce the Precision.

Use one card at a time. Every person, organization, and record is fictional.

Card 1: Neighborhood meeting

“Help me write a reminder for the 6:15 p.m. Tuesday meeting at 421 Oak Street. It is for Jordan Lee at 417 Oak, who told me their parent is recovering from surgery and may need a ride.”

Card 2: Student project feedback

“Rewrite this feedback for Casey, a 14-year-old at Riverbend Middle School. Their full draft is attached, along with the teacher’s private notes and the family’s email about an IEP meeting.”

Card 3: Customer communication

“Draft a note to a customer whose invoice number is 77291. Their exact home address, bank information, and last three messages are below. Tell them their monthly equipment-maintenance payment is late.”

Card 4: Dinner planning

“Plan five dinners for a family at 18 Northdale Drive. My spouse has a specific medical condition, my child dislikes one food, and our exact grocery budget is $83.47.”

Card 5: Volunteer invitation

“Write an orientation invitation for the six new volunteers, including their names, phone numbers, access needs, and personal reasons for joining.”

Card check

For each card, identify the task, the necessary details, a useful approximation, what should stay out, and whether the task needs an approved human/system process instead of a general chat request.
