Origin story

This lab was created around a focused learner practice: Create conflicting context, predict what an AI may do, and compare the response with a repaired version. You will identify whether a system asked a question, chose one instruction, blended incompatible instructions, ignored material, or invented a reconciliation. Its original Draft package brought the activity and supporting materials together for review before the canonical lab-page migration.

Bound the Lab Notebook to the canonical Activity’s completion and extension criteria, standardized result criteria as checklists, and synchronized the Notebook from that source.

Marked the Gallery Coming soon because it does not yet contain a linked example with an explicit provenance statement.

Moved learner-facing metadata, materials, relationships, and activity content into lab.md; retained this README as the lab origin story and change log.
