Account Detective — Lab history & changelog

Return to lab

Origin story

This lab began as an activity concept around this need: Teach learners how to find current product and account information without memorizing menu paths. Its Alpha release keeps the idea visible while the activity and companion materials are developed.

Change log

2026-09-06

Moved learner-facing metadata, materials, relationships, and activity content into lab.md; retained this README as the lab origin story and change log.
